Biography
Aditi Prabhu is Assistant General Counsel for Environmental Policy at Constellation, America’s largest producer of carbon-free energy. In this role, she counsels on climate strategy and regulatory advocacy at federal, state, and local level. She also advises on corporate sustainability, including climate commitments and ESG reporting.
Prior to joining Constellation last year, she was an attorney with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for 11 years. She served in numerous roles including as Assistant General Counsel for Regulatory Issues and as Special Assistant to the General Counsel.
Aditi received an A.B. in Biology, summa cum laude, from Harvard College and a J.D. from Yale Law School.
