Biography

Anastasia is Senior Vice President at Fortress Investment Group.

Specialised in international arbitration and public and private international law, Anastasia is admitted to the Paris, New York and Quebec bars.

Anastasia regularly speaks at industry conferences and contributes to articles on a wide range of topics in connection with dispute resolution funding and international arbitration.

Anastasia has been recognised as a thought leader in Who’s Who Legal: Thought Leaders – Third Party Funding for 2020 and 2021 which features “the world’s foremost practitioners in the area, those worthy of special mention owing to their high-profile expertise and due to their ability to innovate and inspire”.

In private practice, as an associate at Three Crowns LLP and as a trainee with the international arbitration groups of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Dentons in Paris, Anastasia advised and represented private and sovereign clients in the context of complex and high-value commercial, investment, and state-to-state disputes. Anastasia has acted as counsel in disputes across numerous jurisdictions, under various international arbitration rules (including ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL, ICSID, and SCC) and involving multiple governing laws.

Anastasia is a co-chair of CFA40, the French Arbitration Committee’s under-40 group.
