Biography
Craig Bergmann is a Vice President in the Investment Banking Division - Legal at Barclays. Prior to joining Barclays, Craig was an associate with the law firm of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP in New York where he practiced as a capital markets attorney. As legal counsel for Barclays' Investment Banking division, Craig covers, among other things, equity and debt capital markets origination transactions, mergers and acquisitions, liability management transactions and conflicts and business selection issues. Craig also advises on matters relating to, among other things, the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, Delaware General Corporation Law, FINRA Rules and corporate governance matters. Craig is also a CFA charterholder.
