Biography
Heidi Rudolph. Senior Managing Director, leads Morae’s Legal Business Consulting (“LBC”) team, spearheading client service delivery and career development and growth within the LBC team.
As a long-time legal industry practitioner, Heidi advises General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officers with strategic and operational challenges. In addition to her consulting experience, she spent ten years in-house gaining first-hand insights into the competing pressures of people needs, cost, executive leadership, technology, and strategic value. Her expertise includes Compliance and Legal Operations. Heidi’s team provides Legal and Compliance clients with program assessments, enhanced or reimagined programs and processes, and implementation assistance. The team is often an “extra set of hands” helping with design and embed compliance program and culture elements.
