With over two decades of experience, Jamie has honed her skills in guiding businesses and individuals through intricate employee dynamics and addressing legal compliance. What distinguishes Jamie is her genuine interest in people and her commitment to nurturing their growth potential.

Jamie collaborates with executives and management teams across industries, from small businesses to Fortune 50 companies. Her expertise encompasses leadership development, talent management, organizational effectiveness, workplace investigations and fostering positive workplace cultures. As an Executive Coach and Workplace Consultant, Jamie helps drive organizational success and empowers individuals and teams to reach their full potential. Her work spans from coaching on performance and skills, career exploration and transitions, strategy, and personal development. Jamie currently is enhancing her skills through a Certificate in Executive

Coaching at New York University’s Human Capital Management program, and as an active member of the International Coaching Federation, the top global coach credentialing program.

Jamie had a successful 13+ year career as an in-house employment lawyer and manager at JPMorgan Chase. As a Managing Director and Associate General Counsel, she led multinational teams in addressing workplace challenges, handling employee litigation, providing training, conducting internal investigations, and developing employee policies and communications.

Jamie previously worked as an employment counselor and litigator at prestigious law firms, Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in New York and Philadelphia, and the firm f/k/a Cooley Godward LLP in San Francisco. She has been an Adjunct Faculty at Villanova University for Graduate Studies in Human Resources Development, and a Clerk at the US District Court for the Northern District of California, for the Honorable William Alsup.

Jamie holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from Cornell University.

In her community, Jamie is a member of the NY/NJ Regional Board of the Anti-Defamation League (anti-hate and bias), the Board of Directors for iCouldBe (virtual youth mentoring), AWARE NYC - Assisting Women through Action, Resources and Education (supporting local charities focused on women/girls) and Impact100 (women’s giving circle).
