Jenna McBain

Biography

Jenna McBain is a partner in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in New York. Jenna advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Key clients include Blackstone, American Securities, EQT, Lee Equity and J.C. Flowers.

Jenna was named to the 2022 “40 Under 40: Future Leaders of Private Equity” list by Private Equity International, where she was one of just five honorees from leading law firms recognized. She has been named a 2021 “Emerging Leader” for Private Equity by The M&A Advisor and recognized among the 2021 “Rising Stars” by The Deal.

Jenna received her LL.M. from New York University School of Law in 2016, her LPC from College of Law, London in 2012, her GDL from BPP Law School in 20211 and her B.A. from Bristol University in 2010.
