Biography
Jay is a Branch Chief in the Supervisory Cooperation Group in OIA where he facilitates international cooperation on a variety of cross-border supervisory issues, including the development and implementation of supervisory MOUs and the exchange of supervisory information with foreign authorities.
Prior to joining OIA, Jay spent six years leading examinations of credit rating agencies registered with the SEC as nationally recognized statistical organizations in the SEC’s Office of Credit Ratings.
