Biography
Jonas Marson is Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel, Strategic Transactions, at Salesforce, Inc., a leading enterprise software company. Mr. Marson leads a team of legal professionals who support Salesforce’s mergers & acquisitions, ventures investments and real estate activities globally, ranging in size from seed round investments to public company acquisitions.
Mr. Marson has spoken on topics relating to mergers & acquisitions at seminars and events organized by the Association of Corporate Counsel, TechGC, and the Transaction Advisors Institute. Mr. Marson has also guest lectured on mergers & acquisitions and corporate law at the University of South Carolina School of Law.
