Josephine Liu

Biography

Josephine Liu was the former Global Head of IP Litigation at Sandoz where she and a team of IP professionals manage, among other responsibilities, patent litigation of biopharmaceutical cases for Sandoz pipeline products globally including US district court and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. 

Prior to joining Sandoz, Josephine was with Axinn Veltrop & Harkrider LLP and Goodwin Procter LLP where she tried high profile patent infringement cases involving pharmaceutical products in several US federal district courts. 

Josephine served on ACI’s Hatch-Waxman Series Advisory Board and was a member of the Biopharma Patent Litigation chapter for The Sedona Conference Working Group 10 on Patent Litigation Best Practices.
