Justin Mulaire

Biography

Justin is an assistant regional attorney in the EEOC’s Chicago District Office, where he litigates employment discrimination cases in federal district court on behalf of the government. While at the EEOC, he has also served as an advisor to an EEOC general counsel and to an EEOC commissioner.

He is a graduate of Princeton University and Columbia Law School. Prior to joining the EEOC in 2005, Mr. Mulaire clerked for a magistrate judge at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
