She is an experienced technologist and CPA who specializes in acquiring and analyzing large amounts of structured and unstructured data in the context of investigations, compliance matters, and monitorships. She routinely leads technology teams on complex, global matters in the anti-bribery and corruption space, sanctions and antitrust matters, monitorships, and analytics-driven compliance program implementations. Madina has worked with diverse corporate and government clients in tech, pharma, financial services, consumer products, logistics, commodities, and other industries with teams in the US, Switzerland, the UK, Belgium, South Africa, Brazil, India, Peru, the Philippines, Singapore, and China. Her recent experience includes work as a senior technology lead in ongoing compliance monitorships and a tech company’s compliance program implementation.
