Biography
Ms. Schierholz is the AVP at the ICDR. With over a decade and a half of commitment to the ICDR, she has developed and accumulated extensive experience in the administration of international arbitration and mediation under a broad range of AAA-ICDR Rules, including International, Commercial, Construction, and Employment. She assists in overseeing the administration of all cross-border proceedings filed with the ICDR team. She trains, mentors, and leads ICDR case management professionals.
As part of ICDR’s executive team, she contributes to revising policies and procedures that enhance case management effectiveness. Ms. Schierholz has organized and participated as a speaker at ADR virtual and in-person events in Moscow, St. Petersburg, and New York. She is a notable contributor to numerous AAA-ICDR initiatives fostering and promoting the advancement of innovation, technology adoption, and diversity in the ADR field. She is bilingual and holds a Doctor-at-Law degree from a university in Moscow and a Master of Law from Fordham University in New York.
