Biography

Rodolfo (Rudy) Rivera is the Chief International Counsel for a Fortune 500 Company and has had extensive international litigation and business experience in Latin America, Europe, and Asia. He has opened as well as managed several operations outside of the United States. Part of his responsibilities also include managing global multimillion dollar litigation with an exposure more than $250 million. Other areas of expertise include risk analysis and mitigation. Rudy is an adjunct law professor at Washington University School of Law St. Louis. He is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors and is an Executive Board Member of the Association of Corporate Counsel which is the largest inhouse counsel organization in the world with over 35,000 members. He has served on several committees which include compensation, advocacy, and audit. He is a senior, results oriented business leader with years of experience in senior management.  

He is a graduate of St. Louis University of Law and was an editor of the law review and studied at the Hague Academy of International Law. He is frequently sought out speaker on risk management, managing operations abroad, managing attorneys and business partners in foreign jurisdiction among others.
