Biography
Scott Tepper is the founding partner of Garfield & Tepper. His eclectic practice includes commercial and real estate litigation. He also practices entertainment and labor law.
Scott is a 1967 graduate of UCLA and received his law degree from Harvard Law School in 1971.
During the 2012 election cycle, Scott represented President Barack Obama in his capacity as a candidate in “birther” litigation, both behind the scenes and in a Federal lawsuit in Mississippi.
Most recently, Scott worked with Elsa Ramo on a sexual harassment matter involving workplace misconduct during the filing of a motion picture. Scott spearheaded the investigation following the discharge of an actor in the film.
