Sandra Hanna
Sandra M. Hanna is a co-founder and Managing Partner of the law firm Bruch Hanna LLP and is a nationally ranked attorney in government enforcement matters. She represents public companies, broker-dealers, boards of directors, senior officers, and other organizations in civil, criminal and regulatory matters in investigations by the SEC, DOJ, FINRA and various other state and federal agencies.
