About the Host
Craig Miller serves as PLI’s Chief Customer Officer. As the host of PLI’s popular PD Insider video series, Craig has interviewed more than 20 experts in PD since the series launched in 2019.
A member of PLI’s Executive Group, Craig leads the organization’s customer-facing teams and is responsible for product strategy and accreditation. He served as PLI’s Interim President from mid-2020 to mid-2021, successfully steering the organization through the challenges of COVID, leadership transition, and an uncertain economic climate. Craig, who is an attorney, held leadership positions at ProQuest and Thomson Reuters before joining PLI in 2017.
