We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you a notification). We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy whenever you access the Services or otherwise interact with us to stay informed about our information practices and the choices available to you.

If you are a faculty member, presenter, or author of PLI material, in addition to the above, we collect your photograph, social media information, government identification and travel information, and education details. In addition, if you choose to complete the Voluntary Faculty Self-Identification Form, we collect the information that you self-disclose in order to support, measure, and advance our diversity, equity, and inclusion (“DEI”) efforts. This information may include your gender, race/ethnicity, veteran status, sexual orientation, and disability status. Some of this information is considered “sensitive” under some laws. For more information and to exercise your related choices, see the “Your Privacy Rights and Choices” section below.

This information is used to deliver advertising targeted to your interests on other companies’ sites or mobile apps and to analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, and better understand your activity. Some of our advertising partners enable us to translate your email address or phone number into an identifier that can’t be used to identify you personally.
Our advertising partners then use that unique identifier to show ads that are more relevant to you across the web and in mobile apps. Some of the activities described in this section may constitute “targeted advertising,” “sharing,” or “selling” under some laws. To learn more about the choices available to you with respect to these practices, see the “Your Privacy Rights and Choices” section. You can also learn more about interest-based ads, or opt out of having your web browsing information used for behavioral advertising purposes by companies that participate in the Digital Advertising Alliance, by visiting www.aboutads.info/choices, or, if you reside in the European Union, by visiting www.youronlinechoices.eu.
In certain circumstances, we disclose (or permit others to directly collect) information about you. We disclose the categories of personal information described above in the following ways:

- If you consent, we may post your testimonials on our Services, where the public/other users of our Services will be able to see this information.
- In response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with, or required by, any applicable law or legal process, including lawful requests by public authorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements;
- If we believe your actions are inconsistent with our user agreements or policies, or to protect the rights, property and safety of PLI or others;

- Between and among PLI and our current and future parents, subsidiaries and other companies under common control and ownership; and

We may also disclose your name and affiliation with our faculty so that they can better tailor their content to you.
We also share aggregated or de-identified information, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you. PLI processes, maintains, and uses this information only in a de-identified fashion and will not attempt to re-identify such information, except as permitted by law.
Social Sharing Features
The Services may offer social sharing features and other integrated tools (such as a link to share on LinkedIn), which let you share actions you take on our Services with other media, and vice versa. Your use of such features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the entity that provides the social sharing feature.
