26th Annual Supreme Court Review: October 2023 Term

Why You Should Attend

This Term, the Supreme Court has before it numerous highly significant federal constitutional and statutory issues. The issues include the scope of presidential immunity, the meaning of the Insurrection Clause, the FDA Mifepristone policy, the application of the Second Amendment to domestic abusers, criminal prosecutions for interference with official proceedings, application of the Free Speech Clause to social media platforms, and Chevron deference.

PLI’s 26th Annual Supreme Court Review program will provide an in-depth analysis of the October 2023 Term. The faculty consists of constitutional and civil rights experts with a wide range of backgrounds and perspectives, including a law school dean, a federal court judge, a Supreme Court journalist, law school professors, authors, and constitutional litigators.
