Overview
Why You Should Attend
In 2024, the construction industry experienced significantly new market drivers resulting in changes in client priorities and what might be considered “best practices” in the legal field. First, project tax incentives may be expiring. Then the market has seen a massive increase in the use of progressive delivery models while Artificial Intelligence (AI) is looming as a market shifting dynamic.
Program Co-Chairs Patrick Miller, Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath, and Lincoln Loehrke, Johnson Controls, designed this year’s curriculum to address the latest developments and ensure you are fully equipped to build the best contracts for your clients as we move into 2025. They have recruited faculty from among the country’s best practicing in the construction and infrastructure sectors to provide you with innovative, successful practice tips while keeping you updated on the legal and regulatory developments that impact your clients’ goals.
