Overview
With enforcement authorities hot on trail of cryptocurrency and blockchain companies, investigations involving cryptocurrency and blockchain records are becoming increasingly common. The panelists, which have worked on the most complex and high-profile crypto enforcement cases brought to date—U.S. v. Wahi and SEC v. Terraform Labs et al.—will discuss the unique challenges that often arise in such investigations and how to navigate and try these types of issues.
The Briefing will focus on the following topics:

- An overview of the risks and challenges that arise in cryptocurrency investigations [25 minutes]
