Overview
Why You Should Attend
For this inaugural year, our expert speakers, led by Program Chair Robert S. Miller will take participants through the anatomy of a successful commercial real estate transaction while focusing on
unique aspects of real estate development and market demands in the western U.S. regions.
Beyond an overview, we will drill down to specific issues faced by practitioners such as the importance of early legal input for joint venture term sheets to avoid later misunderstandings and resulting financial loss. The faculty will guide attendees through successful strategies when preparing real estate sales agreements and negotiating commercial leases on behalf of either landlords or large tenants. Moreover, attendees will be better prepared to lead mortgage finance transactions and shape the terms in the best interest of clients.
