By attending this program, you will receive real time insight from lawmakers and attorneys who are “on the beat” on developments in consumer finance litigation and the impact of the 2024 election on regulation and enforcement in the consumer financial services market. The program will provide a roundup of some of the most cutting edge developments in consumer financial services regulation and class actions in the past year and will look ahead to the changes to expect in 2025. This year end program will round out PLI’s 2024 trio of consumer financial services institutes that took place in March and September this year.
