  • Introduction to podcasting for lawyers (5 minutes)
  • Impact of AI on podcasting (5 minutes)
  • Technology setup and production (5 minutes)
  • Defining your podcast's purpose and audience (7 minutes)
  • Content creation and storytelling for legal podcasts (5 minutes)
  • Legal considerations in podcasting (12 minutes)
  • IP considerations (i.e., copyright, fair use) (6 minutes)
  • Issues related to firm clients and potential conflicts of interest (12 minutes)
