Overview
Why You Should Attend
The Twenty-Sixth Annual Private Equity Forum will address the prevailing issues and trends attorneys encounter when working with private equity funds and their fund portfolios. A diverse faculty of experts from law firms and investment funds will discuss a broad range of topics dominating today’s market and the most common questions brought forth by clients in the private equity industry.
This day and a half program will discuss the evolving market for private equity terms, recent litigation matters, and developments in the retailization of private equity funds. Panels will dive into the fund terms and fund financing, as well as the practical steps for coming into compliance. Panels will also discuss the prevailing ethical issues attorneys and other private funds professionals encounter when handling data or when confronted with a cybersecurity threat.
