Overview

2024 delivered several landmark insurance-coverage decisions, including significant victories for policyholders. These decisions provide guidance for other insureds in similar situations. This presentation will analyze legal issues presented by these cases, examine the legal reasoning behind the outcomes, and explain the significance of these rulings for other policyholders.

Please join a policyholder-side attorney as he analyzes:

  • insurance decisions interpreting Contract and Professional Services Exclusions narrowly and in favor of policyholders [12 minutes]
  • a state high-court decision applying the notice-prejudice rule to first-party homeowners policies [12 minutes]
