Overview
Workplace misconduct – including harassment, discrimination, bullying, and retaliation – presents critical reputational, litigation, and enforcement risks to companies of all sizes and in all industries. What do Boards of Directors and Executive teams need to know about their responsibilities to address these issues? In this presentation, we’ll discuss Board and executive oversight responsibilities for effective human resources compliance programs, including Board oversight of allegations and investigations of misconduct allegations. Case studies will provide examples of how companies can take the risks from workplace misconduct and turn them into compliance opportunities that set them apart.
