Biography

Chris Gallea is a Vice Chairman at J.P. Morgan with senior responsibility for a number of leading companies around the world. He has executed 80+ advisory assignments on behalf of his clients across a variety of industries and markets including mergers and acquisitions, takeover defense, hostile transactions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, and cross-border transactions. He also has had extensive experience advising a number of clients and boards in their dealings with shareholders. 

Mr. Gallea graduated from NYU and received an MBA from Columbia. He resides in New York City with his wife Suzanne and their three children.
