Biography

Katherine Greenberg is an Assistant Commissioner in the Law Enforcement Bureau of the New York City Commission on Human Rights, where she oversees the Bureau's investigation and prosecution of employment cases. Katherine came to the Commission in 2015 as a Supervising Attorney. Prior to joining at the Commission, Katherine worked as a Staff Attorney at the Legal Aid Society, where she represented individuals and groups in discrimination, wage theft, and FMLA claims. Katherine clerked for the Honorable James C. Francis IV of the Southern District of New York. She earned her JD from NYU School of Law and holds an MA from Kings College London and a BA from Vassar College. Katherine is the current Chair of the Labor and Employment Law Committee of the New York City Bar Association.
