Sandra Hanna
Sandra M. Hanna is a co-founder and Managing Partner of the law firm Bruch Hanna LLP and is a nationally ranked attorney in government enforcement matters. She represents public companies, broker-dealers, boards of directors, senior officers, and other organizations in civil, criminal and regulatory matters in investigations by the SEC, DOJ, FINRA and various other state and federal agencies. She has significant experience in accounting and FCPA matters and has worked extensively on matters where the firm has been appointed as the Independent Compliance Monitor in connection with Deferred Prosecution Agreements and SEC settlements.
