Looking for a dynamic space to hold your next event, volunteer training, board meeting, or staff development retreat? Our Conference Centers can accommodate a variety of event configurations, from classroom style with dais and podium, to small group sessions, to luncheons and happy hours in our lounge/cafe area, among others.
Please note that evening and limited daytime opportunities are available. PLI waives the rental fee in our New York and San Francisco Conference Centers for 501(c)(3) organizations that provide direct legal services to the community.
New York Conference Center Space Rental
Main Conference Room, which includes Lounge, Green Room, and Registration Area
New York Event Capacity: 170 seated in the full Conference Center (can be divided into two smaller rooms with approximately 70-75 capacity each), 25 seated in the lounge
Multimedia Services:
- Technician(s) on duty for the duration of your event to provide expert support of all media
- Smart lectern with built-in computer for PowerPoint or other graphic presentations, including high-speed internet access
- Video projection of all speakers and presentations to projector and plasma monitors throughout the Conference Center
Food & Beverage Services:
- Catered food can be arranged for your attendees

San Francisco Conference Center Space Rental
Main Classroom, which includes Lounge, Green Room, and Registration Area
San Francisco Event Capacity: 40 seated in the classroom, 18 seated in the lounge
