Virginia Clarke is a Senior Law Career Counselor at The George Washington University Law School. Most recently, Virginia practiced corporate governance and securities law at a large Wall Street firm. Previously, she was the Director of Judicial Clerkships and Professional Development at the University of Arizona College of Law and an assistant director of Pace Law School’s New Directions program. Following law school, Virginia was a corporate associate at the New York firm to which she later returned; she also served as in-house counsel at a Fortune 100 company.
