Mike Andrew
Mike Andrew is chief legal & legislative officer of Enterprise Mobility, a leading provider of mobility solutions including car rental, fleet management, flexible vehicle hire, carsharing, vanpooling, car sales, truck rental, luxury rental, vehicle subscription, as well as other transportation technology services and solutions. Enterprise Mobility manages the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo brands.
Andrew leads the organization’s global legal and government relations activities. He also advises on a wide range of business issues. Andrew was promoted to his current position in 2022 after serving as senior vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary.
Andrew joined Enterprise Mobility in 2016 after garnering experience from previous executive-level legal positions throughout the global business travel industry. He now manages a number of areas within the organization from a legal perspective. Andrew’s focus includes areas such as global operations, global sales, customer service, marketing, product innovation, e-commerce, and brand management.
Prior to joining the organization, Andrew was the executive vice president and general counsel at Carlson. He held various senior legal positions with Marriott, including senior vice president and deputy general counsel of Marriott Vacations Worldwide. At both organizations, he helped develop corporate strategy and led geographically diverse teams of lawyers across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Before his work with Marriott International, Andrew practiced law at two Florida firms and served as a law clerk in Florida’s 13th Circuit Court. He earned a bachelor’s degree in history with honors from the University of Florida and a law degree with honors from Stetson University.
Andrew currently serves as a trustee for the Mary Institute and Saint Louis Country Day School (MICDS) and on the advisory council for the Eric Friedheim Tourism Institute at the University of Florida. He was previously honored as the St. Louis Business Journal’s General Counsel of the Year and tabbed to Florida Trend Magazine’s Legal Elite list.
Tori Dempsey
Tori Dempsey serves as the Program Director of the Youth and Family Advocacy Program with Legal Services of Eastern Missouri. Tori advocates on behalf of unaccompanied youth experiencing homelessness in the St. Louis region and has dedicated her career to addressing barriers to homelessness and protecting the rights of those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Tori previously worked in eviction defense as a Staff Attorney with Legal Service’s Housing Program for two years before joining the Youth and Family Advocacy team in 2019. Prior to joining Legal Services, Tori worked with the Chicago Coalition for the Homeless where she developed and managed a project documenting and examining the City of Chicago’s observance of unsheltered individuals’ constitutional and due process rights. Education: B.A., Warren Wilson College, 2011; J.D., Loyola University Chicago, 2016.
Jaclyn Pampel
Jaclyn Pampel is a pro bono partner in Baker McKenzie's Pro Bono Practice. Ms. Pampel's work includes engaging in direct representation, impact litigation, policy, and advocacy work; building new legal resources; and addressing complex legal questions for the world's leading nonprofits, public policy institutions, and international NGOs. Prior to this, Ms.Pampel was a partner in the Firm's Tax Practice Group and a member of the nationally recognized Tax Controversy subpractice. She has significant trial and leadership experience handling complex, multijurisdictional matters. She's an adjunct professor at University of San Diego, School of Law, as well as an instructor with the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA).
Ms. Pampel’s pro bono practice mirrors the stretch of the Firm's pro bono efforts, where she directs and manages teams on the most compelling social justice challenges around the globe. Ms. Pampel maintains an active pro bono client list, including representation of women and families in immigration matters at Immigration Court, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and Circuit Courts of Appeal across the country. She also works closely with clients in California seeking representation in parole hearings. Ms. Pampel teaches advocacy across the country as part of NITA's public interest programs.
Amanda J. Schneider
Amanda J. Schneider (she/her) has served as the Managing Attorney of Legal Services of Eastern Missouri’s Education Justice Program since 2019. Amanda’s expertise involves issues of education equity and attacking the school-to-prison pipeline, particularly on the issues of school enrollment for students experiencing homelessness, students in foster care, and school discipline. Amanda began her career as the first William G. Guerri Chair Attorney in the Children’s Legal Alliance at Legal Services of Eastern Missouri, practicing in education and special education law, and providing direct legal representation for nearly a decade to individual students in the areas of school enrollment, discipline, and special education. She graduated magna cum laude from Indiana University-Bloomington with bachelor’s degrees in English Literature and Sociology, and from Indiana University-Bloomington’s School of Law in 2006. She is a first-generation college graduate and the first in her family to attend law school.
