New Mexico
CLE Requirements: The State Bar of New Mexico requires attorneys to complete 12 credits, including 2 ethics and professionalism credit, and, effective January 1, 2024, at least 1 hour in Equity in Justice (EIJ) credit, by February 1 every year. Effective with the 2024 MCLE compliance year, all 12 credit hours can now be live courses or self-study, or a combination of both. A maximum of 12 live credits, including a maximum of 2 ethics and professionalism credits and 1 EIJ credit, may be carried over to the next reporting period. Only four (4) self-study credit hours may be carried over as part of the twelve (12) hours of credits. Completing Your New Mexico Requirements with PLI: PLI and SEC Institute's live seminars, live webcasts and co-sponsored locations qualify as "live" credit. There is no limit to the number of credits an attorney can earn via live programs. View live CLE programs approved in New Mexico.

Attendance Reporting: Effective November 1, 2018, PLI will report attendance to the State Bar of New Mexico for all program formats.
