CLE Requirements: The Wyoming State Bar requires attorneys to complete 15 credits, including 2 ethics credits, by December 31 every year. All credits must be reported by January 15 of the following year. Attorneys are limited to 8 credits of self-study per reporting period. A maximum of 30 credits, including 2 ethics credits, may be carried over to the next reporting period. Credits earned through self-study may not be carried over. Completing Your Wyoming Requirements with PLI: PLI and SEC Institute's live seminars, live webcasts and co-sponsored locations qualify as "live" credit. There is no limit to the number of credits an attorney can earn via live programs. View live CLE programs approved in Wyoming.
PLI and SEC Institute's on-demand programs, MP3s and MP4s qualify as "self-study" credit. Attorneys are limited to 8 credits of self-study per reporting period. View self-study CLE programs approved in Wyoming.
PLI is an approved Accredited Sponsor with the Wyoming State Bar. Providers are required to submit applications for each program.
Attendance Reporting: Attorneys must report their own attendance to the Wyoming State Bar via the Application for CLE Credit on the Wyoming State Bar website.
