Biography
Andy Dunbar is the Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for Herbalife with global responsibility for the ongoing advancement of the ethics and compliance program within the company. He has direct oversight of the company’s global policies and investigations, guiding the development and delivery of training, and other critical initiatives to drive ethical culture and ensure compliance with local and regional regulations worldwide. He also oversees the Enterprise Risk Management and Privacy departments. Mr. Dunbar received a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics from U.C. Davis, and his law degree from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law.
