Biography
Beth Haddock is an experienced director and advisor with a strong background in blockchain and financial services. Beth holds influential roles as an independent director, audit committee member and chair of the Compliance Committee for GMO-Z.com (an issuer of NYDFS-regulated yen and USD-back stablecoins), strategic advisor to DeFi leader Balancer Foundation and advisory board member for the Stablecoin Standard. Beth also serves as Chief Legal Officer at AdvisorEngine, a Franklin Templeton subsidiary, and is Managing Partner at Warburton Advisers. Notably, Beth co-chairs the New York City Bar's Web3 subcommittee and serves as an active member of the Regulatory Advisory Committee for the National Society of Compliance Professionals. Beth also developed a patented technology to measure compliance ROI and authored "Triple Bottom-line Compliance: How to Deliver Protection, Productivity, and Impact."
