Biography

Bonnie L. Jarrett is Intellectual Property Counsel at the National Football League, where she manages brand protection, anti-counterfeiting, anti-piracy, and various other intellectual property matters for the NFL and its thirty-two member clubs. Prior to joining the NFL in 2019, Bonnie was a partner at Kirkland & Ellis in New York. Her practice at Kirkland focused on intellectual property litigation, including trademarks, copyrights, false advertising, and trade secrets. Bonnie also has experience representing clients in trademark proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and counseling clients regarding the acquisition and retention of intellectual property rights. In 2018, The Legal 500 U.S. recognized Bonnie for her work in copyright and trademark litigation, describing her as a “wonderful” litigator. From 2014–2016, Super Lawyers Magazine named Bonnie a “Rising Star” in Intellectual Property Litigation. Bonnie is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law.
