Deborah Haile

Biography

Deborah Haile is the Senior Manager of Legal Operations and Project Management at VF corporation. In her role she leads the strategic planning and execution of initiatives that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Global Legal Department, including adopting technology solutions to enable scale and speed, driving process improvements, financial management and budgeting. Prior to joining VF Corporation she was the Strategic Pricing Manager at Covington & Burling LLP and Legal Operations Manager at BroadReach LLC. Deborah enjoys spending time with her family and traveling the world with her son.
