Biography
Erik Bierbauer is a senior vice president for litigation at NBCUniversal, where he has been an in-house lawyer since 2011. Previously, he was a litigation counsel at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP. Since 2011, he has co-taught, with James Goodale, a seminar called “The First Amendment and the Evolution of Media” at Fordham School of Law.
