Jake Handy is a partner at Fenwick & West LLP in the Technology Transactions Group. Jake focuses his practice on technology-based transactions, primarily focused on intellectual property licensing and acquisitions strategies for technology companies. In addition to licensing transactions, Jake provides advice to clients regarding intellectual property strategy, including establishing defensive patent programs.
