Biography

Jesse Jensen is a Partner at Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann LLP, where he prosecutes securities fraud, corporate governance, and shareholder rights litigation for the firm’s institutional clients.

Since joining the firm, Jesse has played a pivotal role in recovering hundreds of millions of dollars for injured investors. He was instrumental in securing a record $450 million settlement in In re Kraft Securities Litigation, a $210 million settlement in In re Wilmington Trust Securities Litigation, and a $110 million settlement in Fresno County Employees’ Retirement Association v. comScore, Inc., among others. He is currently involved in cases against Macquarie, Perrigo, EQT Corporation, Six Flags, Match Group, and Mobileye.

Jesse was named to Benchmark Litigation’s “40 & Under” list and a “Rising Star” for seven years by Thomson Reuters Super Lawyers—an honor awarded to no more than 2.5% of New York lawyers each year. He has also been named to Lawdragon’s“500 X – The Next Generation” and “500 Leading Plaintiff Financial Lawyers” lists.

Beyond his litigation efforts, Jesse provides legal commentary on securities issues, with articles published in Law360, Bloomberg Law, and The Review of Securities & Commodities Regulation. He actively contributes to the firm’s pro bono initiatives, including overseeing its involvement with the Incarcerated Mothers Project.
