Biography
Jessica Howell is Vice President and Senior Counsel at MFS Investment Management, where she is responsible for supporting the firm’s US investment advisers on a variety of regulatory and compliance matters. She also supports MFS’ institutional separate account and wrap program businesses. Additionally, Jessica supports MFS' retail distribution activities in the Americas, including MFS’ registered broker-dealer and transfer agent. Prior to joining MFS, Jessica was an associate at Dechert LLP where she advised US registered investment companies and their investment advisers and boards of directors/trustees.
Jessica received her J.D. from Cornell Law School and her A.B. from Cornell University.
