Biography
John R. Love is a corporate counsel at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group, where he focuses on advising public and private companies, including private equity sponsors, in connection with a variety of corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures.
Mr. Love received a J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2013, where he was a James Kent Scholar, a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a senior editor of the Columbia Law Review. Mr. Love received a B.S. magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University in 2008.
