Biography
Joseph Fede is a senior manager with over 10 years of experience in public accounting in Withum’s Financial Services Group. Joseph services a variety of mid to large privately held national and international companies in both the private and public sectors and has extensive experience in auditing SPACs, venture capital, broker-dealers, private equity and other commercial businesses.
With approximately $42 billion of SPAC IPOs and the firm of choice in the SPAC arena, Joseph is the go-to team member within the financial services group. He has been involved with numerous initial public offerings (IPOs), which raised in excess of $5 billion dollars. The majority of these IPOs were Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs) sponsored by the investment community. He has in-depth knowledge of the SPAC industry and is a frequent speaker at SPAC related seminars on a variety of accounting and auditing topics.
Joseph is a graduate of William Paterson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and finance. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).
