Biography

Kim Pittman has over 20 years of experience in corporate governance, corporate and securities law, executive compensation, M&A and other corporate transactions, and compliance. Since April 2023, she has served as VP, Deputy General Counsel, Corporate, Compliance and Risk, of HubSpot, Inc., where she oversees the corporate legal team, including governance, corporate and securities, M&A, ventures and investments, as well as the compliance team and enterprise risk management team. Prior to that, she served for over 2 years as SVP, Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of SmileDirectClub, Inc., a medtech disruptor, overseeing corporate governance, corporate and securities, and global compliance functions, including privacy, regulatory and quality teams, and led risk and ESG initiatives. Before that, she served for almost 15 years in positions of increasing responsibility at CBS Corporation, culminating in her role as SVP, Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary, Corporate and Securities. At CBS, Ms. Pittman co-led the corporate and securities department, overseeing a global team on corporate governance, corporate and securities matters, executive compensation, and benefits, and was a leader at the company with respect to ESG initiatives.

Prior to her role at CBS, Ms. Pittman was a corporate associate in the New York office of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, LLP. She received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal, and her B.A. in English from Duke University, where she attended as a B.N. Duke Scholar.
