Biography
Le Chen is an attorney in Branch 3 of the Office of Associate Chief Counsel (International) at the IRS, where he specializes in foreign tax credits and sourcing of income. Before joining ACCI in 2024, he was an associate in the Washington, DC office of an international law firm, where his practice focused on U.S. and international tax matters. He is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, the University of Minnesota, and the University of Chicago.
