Biography
At DLA Piper, Loren Brown serves as US Vice-Chairman, Chair of the Disputes practice, and as a member of the Global Board and US Executive Committee, at DLA Piper.
Loren has an extensive litigation practice with a concentration in multi-district litigation. It often involves large-scale mass tort and class action matters, as well as parallel regulatory and government enforcement proceedings. He has served as national coordinating counsel, tried jury cases, argued appeals and successfully resolved many notable multi-district litigation matters throughout the US.
Under Loren’s leadership, DLA Piper launched an AI and data analytics practice made up of a global, cross-functional team of lawyers, data scientists, coders and policy makers. This has expanded the firm’s ability to serve clients by enabling us to offer both technical forensic solutions, as well as legal advising on AI adoption, deployment, and monitoring.
