Mark Shannon

Biography

Mark is a Partner in Crowe’s national office. His primary responsibilities include supporting the audit practice on technical accounting questions and issues related to the rules and regulations of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Mark previously served on the SEC staff including as an Associate Chief Accountant in the Division of Corporation Finance’s Office of the Chief Accountant. 

Mark is a CPA in the State of Texas and the District of Columbia.
