Biography
Ms. Irmler is a Deputy General Counsel of Asset Management Services at Raymond James supporting the firm’s retail advisory programs and services. Prior to joining Raymond James, Ms. Irmler was a Senior Attorney at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP where her practice focused on the regulation of investment advisers under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. Ms. Irmler advised U.S. and non-U.S. financial institutions, fund managers, and other financial industry clients on registration, compliance, exam, and enforcement issues across practice areas from financial products and M&A to structured finance and private equity.
Ms. Irmler received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and her B.A. from Barnard College, Columbia University.
