Biography

Sarah Ralph is a Principal in Ernst & Young LLP’s National Tax Department. Based in New York City, Sarah focuses on the tax planning aspects of complex REIT, real estate, and partnership transactions, including REIT conversions and REIT and partnership acquisitions, dispositions, financings and operational planning, as well as pursuing private letter rulings on novel issues. Prior to joining EY, Sarah was a partner in the tax group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
